Your attribution

A subscription is attributed to you if the customer signed up to it using our website (genki.world) and

• the customer visited our website using your referral link within one year prior, or
• had an active subscription attributed to you within one year prior.

If this applies to other partners as well the attribution is split equally between all partners.

Your commission

Your commission is your share of our income from subscriptions attributed to you.

• Your share is based on a commission rate. Commission rates depend on the kind of subscription and are specified under Referral Commission in our Partner Center.
• The income excludes payments for subscription periods in the future until they have passed.
• The income excludes refunds and taxes.
• The commission can be paid out no earlier than 30 days after the period covered by the income.
• The commission includes 19% value-added tax (VAT), if applicable.

Example: Given a 10% commission rate and €760 income, the commission would be €76 including €12.13 VAT, if applicable. Given income that covers a subscription period from February 1st to 28th, the commission can be paid out no earlier than March 30th.
