Welcome to our Creator Program! This guideline is here to help you before, during, and after creating content for Genki.
Your content can be anything educational, inspirational, and informational, related to travel, health/wellness, and medical experience. Just keep these in mind:
-
Tone & Approach
- Use simple, clear language (avoid insurance jargon)
- Be honest and balanced – Genki may not be right for everyone
- Focus on enabling freedom and staying healthy, not fear or worst-case scenarios
-
We encourage you to mention
- your referral link (e.g. “comment ___ to get the link” - use ManyChat to automate sending)
- Reasons to choose Genki (only when relevant; no need to include everything):
- €1,000,000 of health insurance that works worldwide (may be some additional limits in USA and your home country, depending on the options you choose at sign up)
- choose any doctor and use private & public hospitals if you need care
- sign up in minutes from anywhere (even in if you’re already traveling)
- adventure sports covered at no extra cost (but there are some limits to be aware of)
- 24/7 emergency assistance hotline (if you’re hospitalized) + fast & friendly customer support via WhatsApp (if you have a question, need help with a claim, etc)
- Genki pays the hospital directly if you’re hospitalized. For “outpatient” doctor visits, you pay and submit a claim. Genki pays most claims in 2 business days or less.
- Great reputation. Over 500 5-star reviews on Trustpilot and Google. Trustworthy & high-quality due to the strict consumer protection and insurance laws in Germany.
- Keep in mind that we offer two products (you’re not required to mention them specifically, but in case you do…):
- Genki Traveler - flexible monthly subscription for up to 12 months (cancel anytime) — for travelers who have long-term cover in home country, but need cover for travel abroad.
- Genki Native - complete international health insurance — can be your only health cover. Optional Premium benefits: preventive care, dental, vision, pregnancy/maternity, and more.

- guaranteeing outcomes, approvals, or claims
- giving medical advice
- fear-based or shock content / graphic, sensational, or disrespectful visuals (e.g. injury gore, graphic animal imagery)
